The Butcher's Block

On the east side of town there was once meat market/grocery store that holds a strong family nostalgia that dates back to the mid 1950's. One of our family members started working at the meat counter at Moffett's Grocery at age 16, using this exact butcher's block.

As years went by and the grocery store closed, the butcher's block was traced down and given as a gift. When coming up with a name for the restaurant, we couldn't think of a better fit.
